Our Process



We ideate with your team on concepts when creating user-generated content (UGC) in relation to your overall business goals and campaign KPIs. We then curate a comprehensive brief that we deliver to the influencer to give clarity on the creative direction and purpose of the content to maximise performance.


Search & Identification

We dive deep into your target audience and source relevant influencers from our network as well as manually to find the perfect match for your brand based on which part of the marketing funnel you are producing content for awareness, consideration/conversion, and retention.



Once the suggested influencers have been
approved by your team, we then begin the
outreach process.



A big part of our job is negotiating terms and rates on your business’s behalf to remain within the budget you have set for the campaign and we organise and deliver contracts with influencers so you don’t have to worry about usage rights.


Review & Approve

Once the content is created, it will then go through a screening process with our team for us to suggest changes if required, then sent over to your team for final sign-off.


Analysis & Reporting

Once the UGC has been published we
then ask our influencers to send over their
individual platform statistics. We then take this
data, analyse the performance, and turn it into
a digestible report for your team with our
customised feedback on
optimising your on strategy.
